How do I clean them? Can I machine wash them?

For best results and longevity,we do not recommend machine washing. Simply wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. The interior fleece can be spot-cleaned. The materials are quick-drying. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators for drying.
